1. Ask confidently for your sinning brother/sister’s life 坦然无惧地为在罪中的弟兄姐妹求生命 (v.14-17)

2. Those born of God will not keep on sinning 从神生的必不持续犯罪

a. They are protected from the evil one 他们被保守，恶者不能碰他们 (v.18)

b. They are restless about staying in sin 他们对罪不安，不愿伏在罪里 (v.19)

c. They are given understanding through Jesus to know the true God 他们已从耶稣得悟性，能认识真神 (v.20-21)
