(English version below)
Dear bothers and sisters in Christ,
Grace and peace to you all in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I write today with a heart overflowing with gratitude to God for His unfailing love, His faithfulness, and His countless blessings upon my family and me.
I am especially thankful to witness the recent baptism of my dear parents—a moment of deep spiritual joy and fulfillment. Seeing them publicly declare their faith in Jesus Christ is a powerful reminder that God’s promises are true from generation to generation. Because God is faithful, our hope in Him is secure. Therefore, “let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful” (Hebrews 10:23).
I also thank God for His continual hand of protection and provision over my family. Through every season of our lives, He has continually sustained us, strengthened our bond even in challenging moments, and filled our home with His ultimate peace. In my own career journey, I have seen the Lord’s guiding hand open doors that I cannot imagine possible, grant wisdom to handle difficult situations and provide me and my family with every need in the most unexpected and timely manner. To Him alone be all the glory!
To my brothers and sisters in Christ, I offer this word of encouragement: never grow weary in trusting the Lord. His timing is perfect, His grace is sufficient, and His blessings never fail those who walk with Him. As we approach the end of 2025, reflect and give thanks this season, let us remember that gratitude turns our eyes from what we lack to the abundance we have in Christ.
May we continue to walk together in unity, love, and service, always mindful that “every good and perfect gift is from above” (James 1:17).
With heartfelt thanks and love in Christ,
Elder Winson Yap
